Every now and then we get called in to service a StainStopper and find a "knockoff". This was one of those times (The Vines WA) and we had to give the client the bad news, nothing salvageable here. Fortunatly they decided to go for the gold standard option and install a Pulse StainStopper. They now have a trouble free system.
